The company from 2021 has participated in number of land administration duties. Some of these duties are officiated transfer of ownership for various clientele including large clientele such as Sapa Chemical Industries Limited. Also, the Karatu Coffee Estate Limited which is the investor whom the company engaged in transfer ownership from original owner to new ownership. The company is dealing with day to day land administration duties like, official search at the ministry to declare the status of certificate of Right of occupancy of various individuals and companies.

The company is also dealing and helping people in registration of title at the Ministry of Lands Human Settlement and Urban Developments, Asset Management System, Asset Coding, Asset Audit/Reconciliation, Update Fixed Asset Register, supply of Mobile barcode scanners/readers, printers and Asset Management Software. We also deal with site acquisitions and advise clients on suitability of selected sites for particular use or development.
