The company is dealing with various transactions of real properties within and outside the country. The company from the year 2021 has enabled the sales and disposal of 10 residential houses mainly situated in Dar es Salaam City.
LAND SURVEY
The company from 2021 has participated in number of land Survey duties. Some of these duties are officiated in land survey for different plots like residential and commercial plots. Also, road design of 200 km at Liganga to Madaba in Mbeya region, Cadastral Survey of 2000 plots at Chalinze. The company is also dealing and helping people in registration of survey map as well as identifying plots if not known at the Ministry of Lands Human Settlement and Urban Developments.
LAND ADMINSTRATION
The company from 2021 has participated in number of land administration duties. Some of these duties are officiated transfer of ownership for various clientele including large clientele such as Sapa Chemical Industries Limited. Also, the Karatu Coffee Estate Limited which is the investor whom the company engaged in transfer ownership from original owner to new ownership.
